Responsibilities
- Customer consultation and sales
- Creating, tracking, and processing offers and orders
- Supporting field sales consultants
- Customer aftercare
- Complaint processing
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience
- Product and application knowledge in building materials, specifically in the wood sector
- Confident demeanor and strong customer and sales orientation
- Independent, responsible way of working and ability to work in a team
- Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable
