About the role
Responsibilities
- Customer consultation and sales of building materials, specifically in the structural engineering sector, to private and commercial customers
- Creation, tracking, and processing of offers and orders
- Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
- Supporting field sales consultants and other interfaces
- Post-sales customer care
- Complaint processing
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or several years of commercial professional experience
- Product and application knowledge in the field of structural engineering
- Confident demeanor and strong customer and sales orientation
- Independent and team-oriented way of working
- Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is desirable
