Responsibilities
- Customer consultation and sales of natural stone
- Creation, tracking, and processing of offers and orders
- Supporting field sales consultants
- Customer aftercare and complaint management
- Handling general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of natural stone, road construction, or landscaping (GaLa-Bau) is desirable
- Confident demeanor with strong customer and sales orientation
- Proficiency in using ERP/inventory management systems
- Analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Reliable and independent way of working
