Sales Consultant Industry

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the established regional budget
• Execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth
• Develop the regional market by promoting Sika solutions and strengthening brand presence
• Conduct technical training to assist in customer training and loyalty
• Identify and report customer demands while monitoring market trends and behaviors
• Monitor performance indicators, including sales volume and contribution margins
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals aligned with customer needs
• Manage projects and sales activities using the Salesforce platform
• Optimize the distribution network and implement sales campaigns to drive results

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree in Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
• Proven commercial experience with a strong focus on business development and results
• Ability to work within the Greater São Paulo region

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English or Spanish
• Previous experience in the adhesives, sealants, or paints segment
