Sales Consultant, Hospital Solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing accounts within an assigned territory to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
• Identify and close new business opportunities by delivering comprehensive solutions across the full product portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face interactions and value-driven solutions.
• Utilize sales tools to manage prospects, pipelines, forecasting, and contract management accurately.
• Support field activities including equipment evaluations, technical demonstrations, and clinical in-services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop strategic plans for increasing market share.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs and expectations are met effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-5 years of experience in medical capital sales.
• Proven expertise in consultative selling methodologies.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
