Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge with customers to help them make informed decisions
• Collaborate with the team to provide the best customer service at every step of the customer journey
• Ensure sufficient stock levels, order, and a welcoming atmosphere in the sales floor and warehouse
• Assist with store opening and closing routines
• Represent yourself and the company when communicating with customers

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within fashion or similar fields is an advantage
• Passion for helping customers and a passion for fashion
• Ability to work well in a team and a dynamic environment
• Communicative, creative, and curious personality
• Flexibility to work a changing schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Minimum A2 level of Lithuanian language skills
