About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage in dialogue with potential new customers and existing contacts via telephone
  • Participate in morning meetings to set common goals
  • Attend short status meetings and sparring sessions with sales leaders
  • Work towards sales targets in a professional and goal-oriented manner

Requirements

  • Strong mental resilience for outbound sales
  • Experience in telesales or B2B sales is preferred
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate professionally in Norwegian
  • Stable and loyal personality
  • High internal drive and motivation
