About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage in dialogue with potential new customers and existing contacts via telephone
- Participate in morning meetings to set common goals
- Attend short status meetings and sparring sessions with sales leaders
- Work towards sales targets in a professional and goal-oriented manner
Requirements
- Strong mental resilience for outbound sales
- Experience in telesales or B2B sales is preferred
- Ability to build relationships and communicate professionally in Norwegian
- Stable and loyal personality
- High internal drive and motivation
