About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants
  • Book and carry out property viewings
  • Act as the key point of communication between buyers and vendors
  • Advertise new properties and prepare accurate property details
  • Manage property sales from initial viewing through to completion
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and face-to-face
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Tenacity and self-starter mindset
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
  • Ability to be responsive to change
