About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing customer base and support key accounts beyond the initial vehicle purchase
- Acquire and manage BMW Group key accounts for BMW and MINI brands
- Professionally maintain and nurture customer relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations
- Act as an active interface between the customer and BMW AG, collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal customer care
Requirements
- Experience in automotive sales or training as an automotive merchant with a sales focus
- Experience in key account sales of passenger cars is an advantage
- Enjoyment in dealing with demanding customers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High level of self-organization and management skills
- Driving license Class B1
