Sales Consultant-Corporate

Responsibilities

• Identify organizational training needs and propose suitable international certification programs
• Design, plan, and coordinate training schedules, instructors, and logistics
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients across the UAE and GCC
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate partners and clients
• Conduct market research on training trends and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality program delivery
• Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain an updated customer database and represent the company at industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales
• 1–3 years of experience in training consultancy, L&D, or a corporate training environment
• Demonstrated experience working with GCC corporate clients (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is an advantage
