Sales Consultant-Corporate

Responsibilities

• Identify organizational training needs and propose suitable international certification programs.
• Design, plan, and coordinate training schedules, instructors, and logistics.
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals to B2B clients.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate partners.
• Conduct market research on training trends and emerging learning needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders.
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain an updated customer database and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training consultancy, L&D, or corporate training environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with GCC corporate clients.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• CRM experience is considered an advantage.
