Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service in accordance with Coach brand standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales performance targets
• Execute daily store operational tasks and maintain shop standards
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners

Requirements

• Associate degree or above
• 2+ years of experience in retail or luxury sales
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven teamwork skills and a proactive attitude
• Sincere, polite, and professional demeanor with strong sales techniques
