Responsibilities
- Register and quality new applicants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Generate new business through canvassing, call outs, and referrals
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Maintain regular contact with clients and provide professional advice
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets
- Support the team with marketing and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential sales or a strong sales background
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Confident, enthusiastic, and target driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Organised and proactive
