Responsibilities

  • Register and quality new applicants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Generate new business through canvassing, call outs, and referrals
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and provide professional advice
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Support the team with marketing and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in residential sales or a strong sales background
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and target driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Organised and proactive
