Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use appropriate sales techniques to meet targets
• Maintain counter cleanliness, restocking, and manage new product launches and marketing displays
• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and usage
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Explain brand benefits and product features to customers
• Drive sales through electronics product knowledge and achieve store-level targets
• Prepare daily sales reports and participate in incentive programs
• Ensure store marketing levels meet brand guidelines
• Manage inventory restocking and report shortages using stock request forms
• Ensure stock receipt follows established procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in beauty, fashion, or electronics sectors
