Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Represent the Calvin Klein premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Provide expert sales advice and service for our collections
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
• Work independently within the sales team to achieve goals
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product presentation
• Utilize omni-channel systems for sales and inventory management
• Handle cash register operations and process customer returns/complaints

Requirements

• Previous experience in textile or fashion retail is preferred
• High affinity for sales and customer service
• Proficiency with digital tools and retail technology
• Strong social competence and a self-confident personality
• Ability to work effectively in a team with a hands-on mentality
• Good proficiency in English
