Responsibilities
- Advising and selling building materials to private and business customers
- Creating, tracking, and processing offers and orders
- Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
- Supporting the field sales representative
- Providing after-sales customer care
- Handling complaints
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience
- Product and application knowledge of building material assortments
- Confident demeanor and strong customer/sales orientation
- Independent, responsible way of working and ability to work in a team
- Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable
