Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a white-glove, luxury-level dealership experience
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate Lexus technology and features
• Assist customers through the entire purchasing process, from consultation to delivery
• Guide customers through financing options and complete sales applications
• Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service
• Maintain strong product knowledge of current inventory and new vehicle technology
• Coordinate and conduct test drives while highlighting performance capabilities
• Maintain showroom presentation standards that align with luxury brand expectations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in various environments throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Experience in luxury retail sales
