Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company products and services
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to convert prospects into enrolled students
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant training courses
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing questions and concerns regarding training programs
• Provide accurate and detailed information about course schedules, benefits, and curriculum tailored to individual needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience
• Research and understand the training needs of potential clients to effectively tailor sales approaches
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• High level of customer service orientation with the ability to engage and understand client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience working within the Training Industry
