Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential students for training academy programs
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of training programs to showcase value to prospective students
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to successfully close sales
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure programs meet student expectations
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics
• Provide post-sales support and handle class coordination and student queries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field
• 1-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the training or education industry
• Strong knowledge of training and development programs
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet goals
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events
