About the role
Responsibilities
- Master the Agibank product portfolio
- Prospect new clients through external actions, active telemarketing, social media, referrals, and partnerships
- Perform consultative sales of products and services with efficiency
- Present digital channels to clients and encourage their use
- Provide high-quality customer service to build trust and respect
- Maintain updated and registered client databases
- Validate opportunities and manage client retention
- Identify and solve contract-related problems
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Mandatory Banking Correspondent certification (FEBRABAN, ANEPS, or similar) for credit products
Preferred Qualifications
- Ongoing higher education
- CPA-10 certification
- Experience in sales and client prospecting via digital and active channels
