Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Master the Agibank product portfolio
• Prospect new clients through external actions, active telemarketing, social media, referrals, and partnerships
• Perform consultative sales of products and services with efficiency
• Present digital channels to clients and encourage their use
• Provide high-quality customer service to build trust and respect
• Maintain updated and registered client databases
• Validate opportunities and manage client retention
• Identify and solve contract-related problems

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Mandatory Banking Correspondent certification (FEBRABAN, ANEPS, or similar) for credit products

Preferred Qualifications

• Ongoing higher education
• CPA-10 certification
• Experience in sales and client prospecting via digital and active channels
