About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Prospect new clients through referrals, cold calls, and showroom walk-ins
- Conduct professional consultations to identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Provide expert vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase performance and features
- Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and finance/insurance documentation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to finalize deals
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales techniques, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM and lead management
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Automotive industry experience (preferred)
