About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Prospect new clients through referrals, cold calls, and showroom walk-ins
  • Conduct professional consultations to identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
  • Provide expert vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase performance and features
  • Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and finance/insurance documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for leads, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to finalize deals

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sales techniques, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and lead management
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Automotive industry experience (preferred)
