Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell AITO luxury intelligent electric vehicles to customers in the UAE
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery
• Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and financing
• Proactively follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, calls, or digital platforms
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in coordination with finance and admin teams
• Maintain contact with existing customers for repeat sales, service reminders, and feedback
• Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in automotive sales (new or pre-owned vehicles)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, Autoline, or DMS)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Excellent customer relationship management and documentation skills
