About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell AITO luxury intelligent electric vehicles to customers in the UAE
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and financing
- Proactively follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, calls, or digital platforms
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in coordination with finance and admin teams
- Maintain contact with existing customers for repeat sales, service reminders, and feedback
- Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in automotive sales (new or pre-owned vehicles)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, Autoline, or DMS)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Excellent customer relationship management and documentation skills
