About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Compensation Analysts supporting the AMS region
- Own the end-to-end monthly AMS calculation cycle, from data readiness to payment release
- Oversee semi-annual plan rollouts, mid-cycle updates, and incentive calculation execution
- Drive transformation initiatives focused on automation, data quality, and AI-enabled SPM improvements
- Serve as the primary escalation point for compensation disputes and cross-functional conflicts
- Partner with Sales Compensation Design, Finance, and global leadership to ensure process consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales Compensation Administration or Revenue Operations
- 2-3 years of experience in a people management or team lead capacity
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SPM platforms such as Forma.ai, Varicent, Xactly, or SAP Callidus
- Experience managing compensation operations for large, regional, or multi-country seller populations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage high-volume operational environments
