Sales Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Explain contractual agreements and provisions regarding commissions and compliance to sales partners and home office staff.
• Make risk-based financial decisions by interpreting sales credit, compensation plans, and compliance guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the sales organization and home office partners to drive growth.
• Provide support to the sales organization in utilizing tools and applications for tracking commissions, bonuses, and production.
• Manage account-level commission adjustments while ensuring accurate impact assessments on financial principles.
• Promote a culture of positive customer service through expert knowledge of compensation and incentive programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and general computer operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions.
• Excellent teamwork, coordination, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience in compensation or sales operations.
