Sales Commission Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process monthly and quarterly commission calculations and payouts with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and update compensation systems, including managing new hires, terminations, and quota changes
• Support annual plan and quota distribution processes and assist with plan design activities
• Run regular audits to ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Everstage, HRIS, and Finance systems
• Prepare monthly accruals, reporting packages, and OTP files for payroll processing
• Manage and document commission exceptions and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize commission structures and drive desired behaviors
• Create documentation for commission processes and provide support/training to sales teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in commission operations, finance, or sales compensation
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work across large datasets
• Proficiency in Excel and business productivity tools (PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other ERP/CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with incentive compensation platforms such as Everstage
• Working knowledge of SQL
