Sales Commercialization Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between sales and other departments (customer service, accounting, procurement, and supply chain) to streamline communication.
• Optimize current sales processes to improve customer response times and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of critical sales initiatives, including new technology and process improvements.
• Analyze market trends using tools like Nielsen and Technomics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage cost-saving strategies, including trade investment evaluations and inventory reduction for aged products.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits, broker contracts, and customer rebate accruals.
• Supervise and develop sales department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Working knowledge of accounting and inventory software.
• Experience with order processing systems.
• Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages.
• Excellent communication skills for writing reports and presenting information to management and clients.
