About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial intelligence to anticipate market dynamics and identify volume opportunities.
- Identify strategic commercial opportunities through exhaustive analysis of internal company data and market environments.
- Centralize regional information to structure early warning systems and predictive analysis for proactive decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze competitor behavior to design value-added strategies for brand differentiation.
- Generate market intelligence using external sources, including construction news, investment portals, and public tenders.
- Identify and qualify leads by researching new construction sites via Google Maps, social media, and contractor portals.
- Build a 90-day opportunity radar and monitor signals from inactive customers or changes in distributors.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, field prospecting, negotiation, customer service, or commercial planning.
- Proven experience in market research, geolocation tools, and analyzing public tenders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, dashboards, and reports).
- English proficiency at a B2 level (conversational).
- Valid driver's license and possession of a personal vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Participation in trainee programs, leadership seedbeds, or student groups.
- Experience in commercial expansion projects, route optimization, or profitability improvement.
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies or multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Strong background in market intelligence.
