Responsibilities

• Assist with managing customer accounts, including preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials
• Support the development and delivery of promotional plans and pricing strategies
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Help organise customer meetings and trade events
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Maintain and update commercial databases and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related commercial discipline (minimum 2:2)
• Genuine enthusiasm for sales, commercial strategy, and the food industry
• Ability to interpret data and communicate effectively across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the food sector
• Self-motivated, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
