Sales Colleague

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Ensure product presentation on the sales floor is maintained and organized
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
• Handle flyer products and implement pricing changes as required
• Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and manual material handling

Requirements

• High level of energy and a positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and seek assistance when needed
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
