Responsibilities
- Lead by example through active face-to-face fundraising
- Coach and develop new and existing fundraisers
- Coordinate salespeople and manage location planning and scheduling
- Execute regional sales development and creative work planning
- Work as a freelance or light entrepreneur
Requirements
- Proven track record in face-to-face, door-to-door fundraising, or sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Quality and results-oriented approach
- Ability to work full-time (5 days per week)
Preferred Qualifications
- Driver's license and access to a car
- Fluency in English, Finnish, and Swedish
