About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations for internal entities and external clients
- Coordinate with Procurement and Finance to validate pricing and margins
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team
- Maintain and update quotation and sales pipeline registers
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for Sales and Management
- Liaise with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment between quoting and service delivery
- Maintain clean and accurate sales data across all systems
- Ensure all quotations follow company standards and templates
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- 2–4 years experience in sales coordination, admin, or commercial support
- Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting
- Experience with quotation preparation and tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness regarding costing
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Sales, or Finance
- Experience with Business Central or other CRM systems
- Exposure to procurement or finance environments
