About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Contact potential new customers and follow up on sales opportunities
- Manage sales enquiries via phone and email
- Create and coordinate sales and marketing campaigns
- Maintain customer records and CRM system
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the owner
- Support business growth through teamwork
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Well-organized with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development is beneficial
- Experience in Early Childhood Education or the childcare sector is an advantage
