About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the annual commercial skill development cycle to support business priorities
- Identify field team needs and design impactful, tailored training programs
- Create and deploy innovative training content in both French and English
- Design and manage an engaging onboarding experience for new hires
- Partner with sales managers to coordinate field coaching sessions
- Support the adoption of new sales tools, methods, and commercial standards
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and best practice sharing
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales training, capability development, or sales project management
- Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
- Fluency in both French and English
- Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to lead without direct authority
- Agile, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
