About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the annual commercial skill development cycle to support business priorities
  • Identify field team needs and design impactful, tailored training programs
  • Create and deploy innovative training content in both French and English
  • Design and manage an engaging onboarding experience for new hires
  • Partner with sales managers to coordinate field coaching sessions
  • Support the adoption of new sales tools, methods, and commercial standards
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and best practice sharing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales training, capability development, or sales project management
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to lead without direct authority
  • Agile, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
