Sales & Business Development Manager OCAP

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and develop new sales propositions and product ideas for the OCAP business area.
• Develop new customer groups in new delivery areas in close collaboration with business development and project execution teams.
• Manage key accounts, including negotiating and closing framework contracts and monitoring contract compliance.
• Maintain and expand a broad professional network within the horticulture market and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Formulate and report on sales and budget objectives, including turnover and margin, aligned with overall OCAP goals.
• Implement comprehensive sales strategies and ensure efficient working methods and procedures.

Requirements

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of thinking and working.
• Proven experience in leading complex sales and business development processes.
• Strong commercial drive combined with a high degree of technical affinity.
• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends into tactical actions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to connect internal and external parties effectively.
• Digital proficiency to support and accelerate organizational digitalization efforts.
