Sales Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage various projects including technology demos, client presentation materials, and executive reports on prospects and competitors
• Analyze and load data into systems using Excel tools such as V-Lookup, Index/Match, and Pivot Tables
• Work directly with sales teams on pricing, revenue, and deal analysis
• Utilize Salesforce daily to create and update account information and support executive decision-making
• Use Prequin to access market information and identify growth opportunities in specific asset classes and geographies
• Produce weekly pipeline reports for Global Alt and Private Market deals
• Assist in the hiring process for new co-ops, including resume evaluation and interviewing

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Economics, or Liberal Arts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization)
• Ability to analyze and manage large, complex data sets
• Strong research, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and the ability to create reports and dashboards
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously
