About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide brokerage and investment advisory services for hotels, resorts, and branded residences
  • Handle deal sourcing, property valuation, pricing advice, and underwriting
  • Create marketing materials, information memorandums (IM), and pitch decks
  • Negotiate and coordinate with investors, financial institutions, and hotel operators
  • Develop and review financial models including DCF, IRR, and Cap Rate analysis
  • Conduct market research on hotel supply/demand, occupancy rates, and ADR trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel/real estate brokerage, M&A, investment, or related fields (banking, PE, consulting)
  • Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent (宅地建物取引士)
  • Understanding of real estate finance, underwriting, and financial modeling
  • Strong communication skills to build client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • English language proficiency
  • MBA in Hospitality
  • Real Estate Securitization Master certification
  • Real Estate Appraiser qualification
