- 3+ years of experience in commercial/investment real estate brokerage or related fields
- Experience in trust banks, major real estate brokerages, or financial institutions (banks, securities, asset management)
- Licensed Real Estate Broker (宅地建物取引士)
Preferred Qualifications
- English language proficiency
- Real Estate Securitization Master certification
- Real Estate Appraiser qualification
