Sales Back Office Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and technical activities, including CRM updates and offer management
• Support market analysis, lead generation, and the development of technical/economic feasibility studies
• Interface with the offer engineering team at the Italian headquarters for offer development
• Prepare commercial offers, documentation for new equipment, and after-sales services
• Coordinate with local suppliers and contractors for turnkey solutions
• Provide technical support during customer meetings and site surveys
• Monitor energy regulations and support the preparation of sales contracts
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams on tender analysis and documentation
• Provide direct support to the General Manager in sales reporting activities

Requirements

• Degree in energy, mechanical, or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and energy systems
• Initial work or internship experience in a technical-commercial context
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Italian is a plus)
• Valid driving license (Category B)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including traveling for site visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building technical offers
• Knowledge of tender procedures
• Passion for the sustainable energy sector (CHP, biogas, biomethane)
