About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Manage and lead team members
- Handle basic financial tasks including cash management and banking
- Maintain knowledge of OH&S and First Aid protocols
- Assist with bread production tasks where applicable
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing and leading a team
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems
