Sales Associate/Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use sales techniques to connect customers with the right products
• Advise customers on product selection and propose complementary items to drive additional sales
• Manage store opening and closing procedures
• Handle cash transactions, including refunds, exchanges, and end-of-day cash procedures
• Maintain store standards through visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and loss prevention
• Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging Salomon's service culture and community marketing principles

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• Passion for and knowledge of Salomon's core mountain sports
• Proficiency in cash handling and digital retail tools
• A hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work 100% on the sales floor
