Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate and close agreements to maintain old business and acquire new clients
• Develop trusted relationships with key IB and community members
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain product value
• Achieve monthly set targets
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to client objectives
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key client metrics such as monthly deposit and top-up results
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and/or business development
• Forex industry background is favorable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
