Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming store environment and making emotional connections through product knowledge
• Drive sales growth and guest loyalty by implementing company selling strategies and promoting the Rewards Loyalty program
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and general cleanliness
• Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive, high-performing team environment based on core company values
• Assist with operational tasks including inventory management, expense control, and adherence to safety and loss prevention policies
• Strive to achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through effective execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
