Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming store environment and making emotional connections through product knowledge.
• Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and general cleanliness.
• Support inventory management activities and adhere to safety and loss prevention measures.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
