Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by sharing passion for Vans products with customers
• Maintain an attractive and organized store environment to ensure it is always customer-ready
• Drive sales by understanding store objectives and inspiring customers through product knowledge
• Follow all store standards, policies, and operational procedures
• Contribute to a cooperative team environment and support colleagues in all tasks

Requirements

• Proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to interact with customers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and adapt to different customer needs
• Fluency in both French and English
• Genuine interest in fashion, active lifestyles, or current retail trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment is a plus, though attitude is our primary focus
