Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect
• Expand product knowledge and stay up to date with current trends and brand positioning
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Achieve sales targets and plans
• Follow all operational procedures within the store and warehouse

Requirements

• Passion for customer interaction and delivering fantastic shopping experiences
• Positive attitude and ability to handle various in-store situations
• Interest in fashion, retail, and the Vans brand
• Fluency in Polish (written and oral); English communication skills are preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Previous experience is a plus, but passion and a willingness to learn are most important
