Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service to clients
• Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through curated clienteling tools
• Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events
• Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, novelty communications, and gifting campaigns
• Maintain boutique aesthetic quality by assisting with daily display setup and breakdown
• Travel as required to support business needs

Requirements

• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing
• Valid US work authorization
• Natural curiosity for people and a commitment to providing excellent service

Preferred Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in luxury sales
• Bachelor's degree or professional jewelry certification
