Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated and personalized client experience to support boutique success
• Develop long-term relationships with clients through dedicated clienteling activities
• Contribute to boutique sales performance and achieve individual action plans
• Share the story, heritage, and creations of the Maison with passion and authenticity
• Assist clients with after-sales services, including repairs and personalized pick-ups
• Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure a seamless in-store journey
• Participate in boutique events and Maison activations as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-centric environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural sense of elegance
• Proven ability in clienteling and building long-term professional relationships
• A genuine interest in High Jewelry, craftsmanship, and the Maison's heritage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment
