Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the Maison's identity and expertise to all clients
• Contribute to business growth by attracting customers, increasing loyalty, and achieving sales targets
• Enhance customer expertise by introducing the Maison's history, creations, and sources of inspiration
• Provide exceptional, personalized service by anticipating and meeting client needs
• Respond to all client requests, including after-sales service and product care advice
• Contribute to positive teamwork and participate actively in daily boutique operations
• Improve operational efficiency by following commercial policies and mastering boutique tools
