Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service following company standards to clarify doubts and guide customers on products.
• Drive sales of products and services by utilizing sales techniques based on product features, advantages, and benefits.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after the sale to build long-term loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets and performance indicators, including average ticket, conversion rate, and products per service.
• Contribute to store organization, including stock maintenance, store layout, and document management.
• Follow established work schedules and shifts as defined by Store Management and HR.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong customer service skills.
