About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, and UPT
- Create a premium client experience by building and maintaining strong relationships through client books and event strategies
- Maintain store visual standards and cleanliness to ensure a consistent superior brand presentation
- Collaborate with the team to foster a coaching culture and provide constructive feedback
- Manage personal timecards and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs, preferably in the luxury market
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to adjust to different audiences
- Passion for the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets
- Ability to stand, move around the store, and lift or push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed
- Strong time management skills and a high level of integrity
